What gets a fast reply
- A wrong figure. Tell us which calculator, which number, and — most useful of all — the link to the publisher's page you checked it against. Corrections take priority over everything else.
- A broken calculator. The page, what you typed in, what you expected, what you got, and which browser you were using.
- A missing tool. Something you keep calculating by hand. Say what the input and the output would be.
What we can't help with
- Account problems in a game. We are not affiliated with any publisher and cannot touch your account, restore items or reverse a ban.
- Looking up your result. The calculators run in your browser and nothing is stored, so we genuinely cannot retrieve a figure you calculated earlier.
- Free-to-play trading or "cash out" offers. No such offer exists on this site, and no legitimate service converts Robux or similar currency to money outside the publisher's own programme.
Before you send
If your question is about a number, check the page's Sources section first — it links to the documentation the figures came from, and it records the date they were last verified. If the publisher has changed something since that date, that is exactly the kind of report worth sending.
