By using gameformulas.com (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service is a collection of free, browser-based calculators and reference tools for video games. The tools run locally in your browser. There is no account, no subscription, and nothing to install.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for any lawful personal purpose. You may not: scrape or rehost the Service in bulk; present the Service or its output as your own product; attempt to interfere with its availability; or use it in a way that violates the terms of any game or platform it relates to.

4. Accuracy — and its limits

We take accuracy seriously: every formula on this site is taken from the publisher's own documentation and the page states where it came from, together with the date it was last verified against that source.

That said, games change. Publishers adjust fees, rates, drop tables and mechanics without notice, and a figure that was correct when a page was written can become wrong after a patch. You should treat the output of any calculator here as an estimate and confirm anything that matters — especially anything involving money — against the publisher's current official documentation.

Nothing on this Service is financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and no output should be relied on as such.

5. Intellectual property and trademarks

The layout, written explanations and calculator code on this site are ours. Game names, item names and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what a calculator computes. This Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher.

6. Third-party links and advertising

Where the Service links to a publisher's documentation, that link takes you to a site we do not control and whose content may change. This site may in future display advertising; see the Privacy Policy for what that would mean for cookies and consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, in-game items, virtual currency or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — including any decision you make in reliance on a calculated figure. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service, which is zero.

8. Changes to the Service and to these terms

We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This clause applies to the interpretation of these terms and to disputes about the Service itself.

It does not, and cannot, exclude rules of law that apply to you whatever law is chosen here. If you are a consumer, you keep every mandatory right granted to you by the law of your country of residence — including, where applicable, mandatory consumer-protection rules in the EU/EEA and your rights under data-protection law such as the GDPR. Nothing in this section, and nothing in section 7 (Limitation of liability), removes or limits those rights.
